April 28-2200hrs- Loris Fire,E19,TA19,E6 were alerted for reported smoke coming from a house on Spring St. M35 went on location with smoke showing from the attic. Loris Fire crews made an interior attack where they found a fire in the attic from an apparent electrical short. Loris Fire Chief Hardee had the Command

April 30-1500hrs- E38,E41,E6,TA6,TA38 and Fair Bluff Fire were alerted to a reported house on fire on Hwy 19 near Hwy 430. E38 went on location with fire through the roof. Crews made an interior attack. E15 officer Lt. Nash had the command. An Additional two engines were requested to assist for manpower.

April 30-1700hrs- Sta. 19 and M34 were alerted for an MVA involving a motorcycle. First arriving units reported a trauma code and requested Life Care for transportation of a second patient. E40 was requested to assist with an LZ.

4-3-09 1900hrs- E2,m18,r18 and Battalion 1 were alerted for an MVA at Minneola Ave and Hwy 17 with one trapped and unconcious. Engine 2 arrived and reported one trapped but concious. In all two patients were transported. R18 removed two doors and a B post to extricate the victim. Battalion Chief Gibbins had the Command
